The buyer is the person who places the order in the online store.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard (via Shopify Payments)
• Vipps

All prices in the online store are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Any taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Payment is made through the selected payment solution at checkout, and the amount is charged according to the payment provider's terms.

Orders are shipped with Bring. We aim to ship the order within 1-3 business days after the order has been confirmed. Total delivery time depends on the delivery location and Bring's estimates for your address.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete the purchase. The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when the goods have been received, meaning when the buyer, or the buyer's representative, has taken possession of the goods.

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge the customer for actual costs related to return shipping and handling, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The withdrawal period starts when you have received all goods in the order.

To use the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not required. A clear message that you wish to use the right of withdrawal is sufficient, for example by email to post@frozti.no.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery, cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act section 22 letter g.

Unopened and sealed bags may be returned if the other conditions for the right of withdrawal are met.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after you notified us that you wish to use the right of withdrawal. The buyer covers return shipping unless the goods are faulty or defective.

When the right of withdrawal is used, we refund the purchase amount including the standard shipping for the original delivery, no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods, or documentation that the goods have been returned.

The goods must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received them.

If the goods have a defect, you have the right to make a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. The final deadline for complaints is two years after you took possession of the goods.

Complaints should be sent to post@frozti.no. Include the order number and a description of the defect. We cover any shipping costs related to a complaint.

For a justified complaint, we will handle the matter in line with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. This may include repair, replacement delivery, price reduction, cancellation or compensation, depending on the situation.

Complaints should first be sent to us at post@frozti.no. If we do not reach an agreement, the matter may be submitted to the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. If the matter is not resolved through mediation, it may in some cases be handled by the Consumer Complaints Committee.
